THE PROCESS

  1. After chatting for a bit, I will create a FREE personalized price quote & design proposal for you complete with color schemes, mood board, proposed timeline, & all the fun artistic elements we discussed

  2. Once these details are hammered out & you’ve officially booked (yay!), I’ll send you a rough digital mock-up of your suite. This is usually done in black & white, but I’ll often add color elements for visual purposes as needed!

  3. Once you tell me that all looks good and it’s go-time, then the painting (read: the good stuff) begins!

  4. I send you digital designs that we will then take through a thorough proofing process to make any necessary revisions before I go anywhere near that ‘print’ button.

  5. I will mail you printed samples with 3 hand selected paper & envelope options for you to choose from and review in person so you can feel the paper, see colors IRL, scratch, sniff, etc. Etc

  6. once you’ve made your final selections, I send your design over to bertha (that’s my Canon printer in case you’re new here) and printing begins!

  7. last, but certainly not least, I hand-cut, glue, and address everything, and give it one final look-over to make sure it’s nothing short of perfect before it flies off to you and/or your guests

Please note turn-around times depend on project size, season, etc. so it’s best to submit your inquiry as soon as possible so we don’t have to rush! the“why”…

you may be asking, what’s the big deal about custom wedding stationery? Isn’t it just paper? The short answer is: well, yeah it’s paper. The long answer is: it’s not juust paper. It’s hang-on-the-fridge, frame-it, keepsake-box, family-heirloom type paper. It is the one thing from the day besides your photos that really has the potential to last forever! The clothes go into storage, the flower arrangements die (sadly), but art on paper can be forever :’) my goal is to make you something so pretty and special, your friends and family won’t stand to let it end up in the recycle bin.
